Returns & Cancellations
No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at customer. Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 3-5 business days.
For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information: your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.
Joyful Delights is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
